This role is within our Cambridge Commercial Agency Team working within a multi-disciplinary office.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with presentations to new and existing clients on the services Eddison’s provide.
• Assist on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
• Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process
• Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information
• Working with the Operations and Technology xwzovoh departments on new ideas to improve internal systems
• Hosting market events
• Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities

About You:

• Experienced Commercial Agent with at least 1 years'
• Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience using CRM systems
