We’re looking for a confident and driven Customer Support & Sales Advisor to join our growing MedFx team. This role is all about providing outstanding support to clinical beauty professionals.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and email with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with internal procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a fast, professional, and reliable service
- Proactively identify sales opportunities by growing existing accounts and following up on leads and campaigns
- Promote the MedFx House of Brands to existing customers, new clients, and prospects
- Support product launches, special offers, and brand initiatives to achieve targets
- Approve and onboard new customer accounts, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Liaise with courier services to resolve delivery issues and achieve the best outcomes for customers
- Meet company KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets
- Handle administrative tasks related to the department efficiently
- Escalate issues or risks to the Contact Centre Manager where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support wider team activities when needed
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
