We are recruiting across a number of locations in the Sheffield / South Yorkshire area including: S11 (Sharrow/Nether Edge) S4 (Abbeyfield Area) DN12 (Conisbrough, Doncaster) YourRoleasa Childcare Practitioner withinChildrensServices: AssistwiththecareandsupportofourChildrenandYoungPeopleaged12-17whilstensuringthatahomelyenvironmentismaintained.

Contributingtomeetingeachchildsphysical,emotional,socialandeducationalneeds.

Buildpositiverelationshipswithchildrenandsupportwiththeirdevelopment-whilstensuringthattheyarekeptsafe.

WorkwithinaMulti-disciplinaryTeamtoadvocateforchildren'sneeds.

Providepositiveandmeaningfullifeexperiencesforchildrentodeveloptheirskillsandself-esteem.

ProvidecalmandsaferesponseswhenChildrenandYoungpeopleareunableto.

WorkinaMulti-disciplinaryTeamtoprovideanurturingenvironmentinwhichyoungpeoplecandevelopandthrive.

Promoteindependencethroughcareandsupportwithdailytaskssuchascooking,traveletc.

Completekeyworkresponsibilitiesandmaintainyoungpeoplesfiles.
