Account Executive Connectd Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office) Techspace Aldgate East 32-38 Leman St, E1 8EW Hours: 2pm10pm (Fridays until 5:30pm) Salary: £35,000 base, OTE £70,000 uncapped (accelerator-heavy commission) Ready to fast-track your sales career at one of Europes most exciting tech scale-ups? Expect regular socials, a collaborative vibe, and a leadership team invested in your growth What Youll Do Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clientsprimarily executive-level advisors and NEDsusing a consultative, relationship-driven approach1 INBOUND ONLY out the cycle demo to close (average 20-day cycle), Run circa 100 demos/ month Present and sell Connectds innovative advisory and subscription programs, including Transition to Portfolio for NEDs.
Maintain meticulous records and use a process-driven approach to not just hit, but exceed targets1.
What Makes You a Great Fit? 13 years outbound sales experience (SDR, AE, telesales, or similar), ideally selling to executive-level clients in B2C or subscription-based models1.
Track record of resilience, motivation, and a hunger for financial and career growth.
Experience with US/international teams is a plus.
Consultative sales mindset: you love building relationships, understanding client needs, and crafting tailored solutions.
Intellectually curious, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment1.
Driven by results and excited by the prospect of uncapped commission and rapid progression.
