We're looking for experienced ex-Royal Navy personnel with a background in sonar or navigation systems, including hands-on maintenance, fault finding and technical troubleshooting. Youll have the opportunity to share your operational knowledge and practical engineering experience with the next generation of Royal Navy personnel, helping them develop the skills, confidence and technical capability required to maintain critical maritime systems. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, practical training to Royal Navy personnel on sonar or navigation systems.
Use your hands-on maintenance and fault-finding experience to explain real-world technical challenges.
Support learners in developing the knowledge and skills required for effective equipment maintenance.
Maintain high standards of training delivery, quality and learner development.
Contribute to the continued improvement of training content and the capability of the Royal Navy workforce.
