I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for a Content Specialist to join one of the world’s leading tech companies, supporting large-scale digital content publishing operations.

£178.72 per day + holiday pay (PAYE)

London | 5 days onsite

12-month contract (May 2026 start)

9:30am – 5:30pm

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on operations role at the heart of content publishing — ensuring digital content is delivered accurately, on time, and at scale.

You’ll:

• Act as a key point of contact for content providers, managing queries and escalations
• Monitor publishing schedules and ensure timely content delivery
• Troubleshoot metadata and ingestion issues impacting content availability
• Manage high-volume workflows and queues, working within SLA timelines
• Support reporting, performance tracking, and operational improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple international markets

What we’re looking for

• Experience in content operations, publishing, catalog, or similar operational roles
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in high-volume environments
• Confident stakeholder communication (internal + external)
• A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, metadata, or content systems
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
