Recruitment Consultant

365 People are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer / On-Site Consultant to support a busy multi-site client across Milton Keynes, Luton and Bedford. This is a fast-paced role involving recruitment, candidate management and regular on-site support to ensure excellent service delivery. Hours of work are 10am - 7pm or 12pm - 9pm Key Responsibilities * Source, screen and interview candidates. * Advertise vacancies and manage recruitment campaigns. * Register and onboard temporary workers. * Build strong relationships with clients and candidates. * Conduct regular service reviews and manage workforce attendance and welfare. * Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and employment legislation. * Process timesheets and support with general recruitment administration. * Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota. About You * Recruitment or onsite experience is desirable. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Able to work independently in a busy environment. * Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach. Essential Requirements * Full UK Driving Licence. * Own transport is essential due to travel between Milton Keynes Luton and Bedford. * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and recruitment systems. * A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to respond to changing business needs If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
