Dunalastair Hotel Suites is a luxury 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

Staff accommodation is available if required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to relocate to the Highlands or reduce their daily commute.

Our food offering includes The Macnab, our main restaurant, together with The Tipsy Stag, breakfast service, afternoon tea and private dining. We are focused on delivering high-quality food with strong Scottish influences, excellent ingredients and careful attention to presentation and consistency.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and in maintaining the standards expected of a 5-star hotel.
