The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our team on a prestigious, high-end residential refurbishment project in Hackney. This is a long term opportunity, with guaranteed ongoing work for a reliable candidate who demonstrates exceptional quality and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day to-day operations of a high quality residential refurbishment project.

Ensure all work is executed to the highest specifications and within project timelines.
*
Act as a hands-on Foreman, leading by example with your own quality workmanship.
*
Coordinate trades, manage site logistics, and uphold rigorous Health & Safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience working as a Working Foreman or similar role on high end residential refurbishment projects in Central London.
*
A strong, demonstrable trade background in Carpentry and/or Drylining is highly preferred.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage small teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
*
Must be immediately available or available with very short notice.
*
Possession of relevant site certification (e.g., {SSSTS} or equivalent) is desirable.
