NEW OPPORTUNITY ‼️ Role: Customer Coordinator Location: Essex Proper Recruitment are working with a growing Mortgage broker who are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to join their expanding team. This is a predominantly telephone-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients throughout their mortgage journey. You’ll work closely with Mortgage & Protection Advisors, managing appointments, progressing enquiries and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience. Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to completion Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Book and manage advisor appointments Support clients throughout the mortgage process Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Requirements: Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Previous customer service experience (mortgage or insurance knowledge beneficial) Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Confident working in a target-driven environment IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office Benefits: Career progression opportunities Performance-based salary reviews Pension Company Events If you’re a confident communicator looking to develop your career within Financial Services, we’d love to hear from you.
