We are working with a specialist Mechanical Contractor that delivers high-quality Design & Build projects across London and the South East. The Role

• Preparing and managing mechanical tenders for D&B projects.
• Producing accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions.
• Working closely with the design and delivery teams.
• Negotiating with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Supporting commercial reporting and performance monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of D&B mechanical projects.
