Operation and Facilities Officer

We're working exclusively with a well-funded infrastructure business that's entering one of the most exciting phases of its growth. Having successfully developed a significant pipeline of projects, the business is now transitioning into live operations and is looking for an Operations Manager to help build the operational foundations that will support its continued expansion across the UK. This isn't a traditional Operations Manager role where you'll inherit established processes. It's an opportunity to help build them. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll sit at the heart of the business, acting as the link between project delivery and live operations. You'll work across supply chain, commercial contracts, supplier management, operational readiness, budgeting, reporting and governance, ensuring new operational sites are brought online smoothly and supported effectively. Monitoring SLAs and supplier performance Improving systems, documentation and compliance Supporting cross-functional projects as the business continues to grow We're open to candidates from a variety of sectors including infrastructure, utilities, logistics, manufacturing, construction, facilities management, transport, telecoms or other operationally complex environments.
