Job Summary Workmate Agency are seeking a reliable and versatile Odd Jobs Operative to assist with a wide range of practical tasks across my clients site. The successful candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and willing to undertake various duties including maintenance, cleaning, moving, basic repairs, and general labouring work. Key Responsibilities * Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks. * Perform basic painting, decorating, and handyman duties. * Support warehouse, yard, and site operations as required. * Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. * Conduct cleaning and tidying of properties, workspaces, and outdoor areas. * Assist tradespeople with installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. * Complete deliveries and collections when required. * Ensure all tasks are completed safely and to a high standard. * Follow company health and safety procedures at all times. * Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned. Requirements * Practical and hands-on approach to work. * Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely. * Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour. * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. * Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle required due to location. * Previous experience in maintenance, labouring, removals, warehouse, or construction work is advantageous but not essential.
