Talent and Resourcing Specialist The Housing Network are currently recruiting for a Talent and Resourcing Specialist to work in The Housing Network. The successful Talent and Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for: * Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs * Supporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptions * Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers * Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events * Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions * Proactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline The Talent and Resourcing Specialist will have: * Experienced in recruitment and talent management * Ability to problem solve * Handling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment * Experienced with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV-Library, and LinkedIn Why work for THN: * Salary - up to £33,900 dependent on experience * 23 days of annual leave * Blue Light Card * Referral programme If this Talent and Resourcing Specialist role is of interest to you, please click apply now below
