WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
Annual base Salary of £29,500 per annum
37.5-hour weeks!
Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30pm-4.30pm. My client is very flexible, you can also work 8-4 or 9-5.
Full time, permanent position from day one.
20 days leave + Bank holidays + Christmas off.

THE BUSINESS
Our client is a highly reputable home improvements business who continue to go from strength to strength. Due to continual growth, they seek to appoint an Customer service professional on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE
Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and maintain accurate schedules
Make introduction calls and provide ongoing customer updates
Handle incoming enquiries and resolve issues promptly
Prepare and issue project documentation
Arrange and monitor remedial or follow‑up work
Support general administration across the team
  
THE PERSON
Confident communicator with a professional manner
Experience in coordination, scheduling or administration (preferred)
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Positive, customer‑focused attitude
