We're looking for a talented Merchandiser to join a multichannel retailer with the opportunity to take real ownership, influence key commercial decisions, and help shape the future of a recognised British high-street brand.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll be at the heart of the action, working alongside Buying and senior leadership to:

• Own departmental sales, stock, intake and profit plans.
• Influence product ranges, pricing architecture and merchandising strategy.
• Drive in-season trading performance, managing OTB, WISSI, margins and markdown.
• Identify commercial opportunities and respond quickly to changing customer demand.
• Collaborate with Buying, Stock Distribution and suppliers to maximise performance.
  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for an experienced Merchandiser with 4+ years' relevant fashion or retail experience, strong analytical and commercial skills, and the confidence to influence decisions.
You'll understand forecasting, range planning, stock management and profitability, alongside the importance of building relationships across a fast-moving retail business.
