You’ll become part of a developing compliance team, balancing site visits with home-based duties. We’d like to hear from people who have worked as an Asbestos Surveyor, Consultant, Inspector, or within a comparable position. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be: Completing asbestos surveys within social housing properties Preparing reports and relevant paperwork Following current legislation, standards and guidance Keeping records and inspection details accurateWe’d love to speak to candidates who have: P402 qualification Previous surveying experience from 1year+ Social housing backgroundThe Asbestos Surveyor package includes: Hybrid working Permanent position  23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysSalary: £34,000-£38,000 depending on experience  Location & travel:Based across the Midlands, with regional travel required.
