ER Lead (Trade Union Relations)

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented ER Lead (Trade Union Relations) on a Contract basis. We are looking to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Lead with exceptional expertise in Trade Union negotiations, industrial relations and organisational change to support the delivery of a high-profile workforce transformation programme. What's on offer: Salary: £550 per day *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: Contract Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): Lead complex Trade Union negotiations and formal consultation processes Build and maintain constructive, collaborative relationships with recognised Trade Union representatives Resolve high-profile and complex employee and industrial relations issues in line with Council policies, employment legislation and ACAS guidance Develop and implement standard operating procedures, workflows and governance arrangements to improve consistency and compliance across ER activity About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in a similar role Extensive experience leading Trade Union negotiations Significant experience managing complex employee relations casework and workforce disputes Local Authority experience is essential How to apply Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.
