Job ID: 2954Salary: 90,000 Plus PackageLocation: North LondonRegion: Cambridge, Hertfordshire, LondonContracts Manager – 90,000 Plus Package – North LondonA Contracts Manager is urgently required to work for a highly profitable top 10 house builder in North London who’s profits turnover is expected to be over half a billion by 2020, you would be required to work on 3 schemes with the values ranging between 5m – 15m.The responsibilities of this role is to make sure the effective management of the multiple projects also to make sure all project requirements are met with the company and the regional objectives.
