Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver high-quality pastry dishes in line with brand standards and recipes.
Manage your designated pastry section, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency during service.
Maintain excellent standards of presentation, precision and attention to detail.
Support daily kitchen operations, including mise en place, service and section organisation.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Ensure all food safety, hygiene and compliance standards are followed at all times.
What Were Looking For Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment.
Passion for pastry, desserts and high-quality food production.
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
