Groundworks Site Manager – Bournemouth – ASAP Start We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for an immediate start on a busy civils and groundworks project in Bournemouth. Rate: £250 – £300 per day - DOE Status: Outside IR35 The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing groundworks and civil engineering projects, with the ability to oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely and on programme. Key Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day site activities * Supervising labour and subcontractors * Coordinating plant, materials and logistics * Ensuring health & safety compliance on site * Conducting toolbox talks and site inspections * Liaising with clients, engineers and project teams * Monitoring progress and maintaining programme targets Requirements: * Previous experience as a Groundworks Site Manager * Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations and roads * Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What’s On Offer: * Immediate start * £250 – £300 per day * Outside IR35 * Ongoing project work * Professional and supportive team environment Please apply with your up-to-date CV for immediate consideration
