Award-winning US law firm with exciting growth in their London office is seeking an experienced and technical Document Production Operator on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you’ll provide legal secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and secretaries on a variety of assignments.

Document Production Operator – What You’ll Be Doing:

/n

/n
- Producing and amending documents and correspondence from handwritten, dictated or printed material, often to tight work deadlines
/n
- Printing, scanning, faxing, and copying documentation
/n
- Deals promptly with telephone calls, directing enquiries and taking messages as appropriate
/n
- Provides back-up telephone coverage and support for lawyers and secretaries within the pod
/n
- Opens, sorts, and distributes mail as appropriate
/n
- Liaises with internal support departments and the firm’s global offices, establishing and maintaining effective communications
/n
- Performs other administrative or secretarial duties as necessary to assist the legal, secretarial, and the firm’s Document Production teams
/n

Document Production Operator – What We’re Looking For:

/n

/n
- 3-4 years Document Production / Word Processing experience within a law firm is essential
/n
- Excellent document skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, and competent in Excel and PowerPoint
/n
- Possesses proficient spelling and grammar
/n
- Customer focused, with a flexible and helpful approach
/n
