Semi-Skilled Operative / Labourer Blackburn Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour + Overtime Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for a Semi-Skilled Operative / Labourer to join a busy heavy engineering fabrication facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience using hand tools and working within a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment. Working as part of the production team, you will support fabrication operations through material preparation, finishing activities, and general labouring duties to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Sanding, grinding, and preparing steel components for fabrication and finishing Operating hand tools and associated workshop equipment Assisting skilled fabricators and welders as required General labouring and material handling duties Safety shoes / safety footwear required Physically fit for manual work £14.50 per hour Regular Monday to Friday working pattern Overtime opportunities available Immediate start for suitable candidates Interested?
