Part-Time Site Cleaner Location: West Thamesmead, SE28 Hours: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday, 5 days a week) Position: Long-Term Salary/Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (Umbrella PAYE) * market average * Recruiter: James Garrard - Randstad CPE (Maidstone Office) Job Description Randstad CPE are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Cleaner for a part-time, long-term position in West Thamesmead (SE28). This role offers excellent, steady hours (12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday), making it perfect for anyone looking for consistent afternoon work on a stable, long-term project. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning site offices, meeting rooms, and welfare facilities (canteens, toilets, and drying rooms). Ensuring all communal areas are kept tidy, hygienic, and well-stocked with essentials. Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely. Adhering to site health and safety guidelines. Requirements: Qualifications: A valid CSCS Card is strictly required to get on-site. Experience: Previous experience cleaning on construction sites or in commercial environments is preferred. Equipment: Must have your own standard PPE (High-vis vest/jacket and steel toe cap boots).
