Production Operative with FLT – Wrexham Location: Wrexham Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour Shifts: Rotating shift pattern Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturing business based in Wrexham for an experienced Production Operative with FLT. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production operations, material handling, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality across the site. Key Responsibilities Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Loading, unloading, and moving materials using an FLT Supplying production lines with raw materials Carrying out quality checks on finished products Following health & safety procedures at all times Assisting with general warehouse and production duties Maintaining a clean and organised work areaRequirements Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred) Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment Good attention to detail and ability to work to targets Reliable and flexible approach to shift work Strong understanding of health & safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a teamShift Pattern (First 12 Weeks) Week 1 Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:00Week 2 Monday – Thursday: 13:30 – 21:30 Friday: 11:00 – 19:00Shift Pattern (After 12 Weeks) Days Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 13:45 Friday: 06:00 – 12:30Afternoons Monday – Thursday: 13:45 – 21:30 Friday: 12:30 – 19:00Benefits Competitive hourly pay Opportunity for permanent employment Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment Established and reputable employer in the manufacturing sectorIf you are an experienced Production Operative with FLT experience looking for your next opportunity in Wrexham, we would like to hear from you
