Plumber Multi Trade operative required for a high quality and thriving maintenance contractor to carry out planned and reactive maintenance work in both occupied and empty residential properties in West Sussex. You should have previous experience in the same role and be qualified in at least one trade, e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering.

You must work safely, deliver excellent customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. You will ideally be located anywhere from Chichester across to Worthing and up to Horsham. Your area of work will be dictated on where you live.

Requirements:

Ideally NVQ qualified or equivalent in Plumbing
Time served for a minimum 10 years in qualifications
Full UK Drivers Licence
Experience working in customer focused, target driven environments
Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems
Good health & safety awareness
Social housing experience
