The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the success and growth of key client accounts across Organic Social.
Sitting at the centre of Client Services, Creative, and Organic Delivery, you’ll own client relationships, drive proactive ideas, and ensure high-quality delivery while pushing both the work and the clients forward.
This is a step up from Account Manager — shifting from execution into ownership, leadership, and strategic thinking.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Client Leadership & Account Ownership
• Own day-to-day client relationships
• Lead onboarding and define ways of working
• Manage 3–4 core accounts + support across others
• Spot risks, challenges, and growth opportunities
Commercial Growth & Proactivity
• Own Scope of Work, budgets, and delivery
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Lead proposals, presentations, and proactive ideas
Content & Production Leadership
• Oversee high-quality, social-first content output
• Manage calendars, workflows, and delivery timelines
• Elevate creative through clear direction and feedback
UGC & Creator Management
• Lead sourcing, briefing, and delivery of creators
• Own contracts, usage rights, and deliverables
• Scale creator-led content across strategies
Creative & Strategic Thinking
• Develop culturally relevant, platform-native ideas
• Push clients beyond briefs
• Drive test-and-learn approaches across content
Internal Leadership
• Champion Organic Social across Pepper
• Share best practices, trends, and learnings
• Support integration across influencer + paid
Reporting & Insight
• Turn performance data into actionable insights
• Present confidently to clients
• Stay ahead of platform and algorithm changes
Team Leadership
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Maintain high standards across all output
• Build a proactive, accountable team culture
Delivery & Ownership
• Own performance, delivery, and client satisfaction
• Operate with pace, urgency, and accountability
• Continuously improve processes and output

About You
• 3+ years in a social / digital / creative agency
• Strong organic social and content expertise
• Experience managing multiple accounts + production workflows
• Confident with creators, contracts, and usage rights
• Comfortable leading clients and mentoring teams
• Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
• Obsessed with social, culture, and what’s next
