Job summaryWe are seeking a caring, compassionate experienced clinician to take up the role of Ward Manager on Jubilee Ward. The successful candidate can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, delegate effectively, and work effectively and efficiently as part of a multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for a committed and conscientious ward manager to join our team. The successful applicant will need to be willing to work 9-5. The post holder ensures safe staffing, high clinical standards, and a therapeutic environment that supports recovery. They lead and develop the nursing team, promote evidence-based practice, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
