HGV Class 2 Driver

iRecruit4 are currently seeking reliable and experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a busy multi-drop delivery operation based in Swindon. This role offers consistent Monday to Friday work, with temp-perm opportunity for the right driver.

Hours & Pay and BenefitsClass 2 (Cat C) Drivers:

• Monday to Friday
• 05:00am starts
• £15.00 per hour or £16.80 per hour (holiday pay included)
• Overtime paid at £18.75 per hour or £21 per hour (holiday paid weekly)

Key ResponsibilitiesClass 2 (Cat C) Drivers:

• Multi-drop deliveries across the South West
• Deliveries to trade customers and construction sites
• Driving curtain-sided vehicles and securing loads safely
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
• Completing delivery paperwork and PODs
• Providing professional customer service
• Supporting unloading where required

RequirementsClass 2 (Cat C) Drivers:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• CPC qualification xwzovoh and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years Class 2 driving experience
• Aged 25 or over (insurance purposes)
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
• Experience with curtain-sided vehicles and load securing
• Good communication and time management skills
