Key Responsibilities * Direct Care: Provide trauma-informed, person-centered support in a therapeutic children's residential setting. * Leadership: Assist the home manager in mentoring support workers, leading shifts, and ensuring high standards of care. * Safeguarding: Protect young people from harm and strictly adhere to child protection procedures. * Administration: Assist with shift planning, accurate record-keeping, and care plan reviews. * Community Engagement: Facilitate leisure and educational activities to help young people build life skills.
