Are you an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager looking to play a key role in delivering low-carbon and decarbonisation projects across the UK?
A growing Building Services Consultancy based in Cheshire is seeking an ambitious M&E Project Manager to deliver mechanical and electrical projects ranging from £25k to £1m across public sector, commercial and residential buildings.
The Role
Manage M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover
Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders
Control programme, cost, quality and compliance
Deliver retrofit, refurbishment and Net Zero projects in live environments
Work on heating, ventilation, electrical, renewable energy and building services upgrades
Package
Salary up to £60,000 DOE
