Delta Mobrey Ltd is a design engineering and manufacturing company providing products to support the nuclear power, oil & gas, mining, energy and marine industries. We are recruiting for a Director of Engineering who will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer.   

You will be responsible for managing and developing the Engineering department across 3 Delta Mobrey sites in UK, Bulgaria and Malaysia to include:

·      Propose and deploy the Engineering strategy,

·      Develop supporting processes and systems,

·      Manage Engineering teams across our 3 engineering sites (UK, Bulgaria, Malaysia)

·      Develop adequate skills,

·      Ensure performance of the engineering department deliverables (On-Time, Quality, Cost)

As the Company achieves its growth objectives, this role will evolve.
