Job Description Job Description * Working within Social Housing with a good attitude, polite, friendly and approachable. * General day to day repairs and maintenance as necessary, void repairs * Using a PDA to manage and record daily works. * Working on a rota basis on call out of hours. Requirements:- * Minimum of 2 years Joinery experience * Full UK driving license * Essential NVQ Level 2 Joinery / desirable NVQ Level 3 in Joinery * Other trades are preferred but not essential Job Type: Full-time permanent Job Type: Full-time Pay: £15.29 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Company pension Ability to commute/relocate: * Barrow-In-Furness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: * Joinery: 1 year (required) * Carpentry: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
