Temporary Dealer Support Administrator 2 Month Temporary Assignment Kirkstall Forge, Leeds (Onsite) Salary: £26,500 equivalent + holiday entitlement equivalent to 25 days plus bank holidays Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We are recruiting for two Temporary Dealer Support Administrators to join a friendly and supportive team for an initial 2-month assignment. Based in state-of-the-art offices at Kirkstall Forge, conveniently located right next to the train station, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced and professional environment. The Role As a Dealer Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the processing of vehicle orders from initial instruction through to contract activation. Working closely with dealers, brokers and internal teams, you will ensure documentation is accurate, complete and processed efficiently. About You We are looking for candidates who: * Have strong administration experience. * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Are confident using Microsoft Office applications. * Have a proactive and positive approach to work. * Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
