First Team Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist – Caledonian Braves FC We have an exciting opportunity at Caledonian Braves FC for a First Team Physiotherapist / Graduate Sports Therapist to join our ambitious Lowland League first team on a part-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and First Team Manager, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Physiotherapy / Sports Therapy support across training and match days, typically on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (19:00–22:00) and Saturday afternoons (14:00–17:30). The salary for this role is £800–£1,200 per calendar month, depending on experience. Assess and treat player injuries, providing immediate and ongoing pitch-side care. Design and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes with clear return-to-play goals. Maintain accurate medical records and communicate clearly with coaches and staff about player status and availability. Provide calm and effective emergency care during training sessions and matches. BSc or MSc (Pre-registration) Physiotherapy, or BSc Sports Rehabilitation / Sports Therapy. Experience working in a multidisciplinary performance environment and strong clinical reasoning skills. Relevant pitch-side Sports First Aid (Scottish FA approved provider), up-to-date CPD record, and good IT / presentation skills. MSc (or working towards) in Sports Physiotherapy or a related field.
