Over a third of MRI scanners installed globally rely on magnets produced at our Eynsham facility. With an award‑winning engineering and manufacturing heritage, this is a place where technical excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement come together.We’re now looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to help keep our manufacturing equipment running efficiently, safely and reliably in a 24/7 operation. This role works on a rotating day shift (6am–2pm and 2pm–10:30pm, Monday to Friday) and is initially based in Eynsham, with opportunities to support our Bicester site as we prepare for launch in early 2027.  Please note, this role will not automatically transition to Bicester at launch as it's supporting our Eynsham facility.Your Role:This is a hands‑on, varied maintenance role where your expertise will directly support production, quality and safety. You’ll work across a broad range of mechanical and electrical systems, combining reactive fault‑finding with planned and preventative maintenance.
