Senior HR Business Partner

Great to be working with this leading brand in Bristol who are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering you will play a key role embedding the Business Partner model and linking the people and business strategy. Working within an established HR and Business Partnering team, this role partners senior leadership in a strategic capacity and working alongside a COE and Shared Services. Supporting two front office client groups you will play a key part in ensuring the right balance between the business and HR team, understanding business drivers and challenges and alignment to the People strategy. This will include manager capability, talent management & development, organisational design, performance and any related change and transformation, and in addition to any firm wide projects and programmes. The role is also responsible for managing a team of HR Advisors.You will be an experienced HR Business Partner within Financial or Professional Services (accountancy, legal or similar partnership led environment) experience. Working in a strategic and commercial capacity you will have partnered senior leadership teams to drive business and HR initiatives and be an effective communicator who is able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Based in central Bristol, the company operates a hybrid policy with 2 days/week in the office.The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
