We’re all about personality, we have fun, and we work hard to deliver That Superdrug feeling.Here's the exciting bit… A day includes:Being Proactive with all the site transport teams to ensure that national fleet coverage and availability support their operational needs.Tracking costs and approving invoices and estimates to ensure fleet is available to support the network.Making sure that all fleet costs are in line with budget and processed efficiently.Liaising with multiple vehicle maintenance providers to ensure services meet agreed requirements and SLA’s.Supporting with employment relations investigations and formal action meetings to support the site management teams.Exploring new technologies and equipment to support network efficiencies, environmental practices and cost saving measures.Key Responsibilities:Accountable for fleet maintenance arrangements to meet legal operator licence requirements.Fully accountable for the fleet management and availability related aspects of on-time and in-full-service delivery to stores and DCs.Procurement of new fleet requirements. Working with procurement, finance and legal teams and leading tenders and quotations.Working with transport operational and planning teams to ensure that the core fleet is optimally sized, correctly balanced, and suitably located within the network, to meet operational requirements throughout the year. Taking a proactive approach to peak (Q4) forecasting and planning fleet requirements.Ensuring that all costs are in line with budget and take action to address any overspend.Constructively managing the 3rd party supplier servicing relationship via weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure alignment with ASW requirements and contractual obligations.Working  alongside the site transport teams and operator licence holders to ensure fleet compliance and servicing is met across the fleet.  Here's what's in it for you:33 days holiday rising to 38 days with length of service (inclusive of bank holidays)2 staff discount codes for yourself and a family member or friend30% discount on Superdrug Own Brand Products both in store and onlineCompany pension matching and bonusWe offer Stream - a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn itBeing part of more!
