Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Electrical Project Manager.About the RoleYou will manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover, taking responsibility for programme, procurement, labour, technical coordination, commercial performance and client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage electrical projects from mobilisation to completionPlan labour, materials, procurement and subcontractor requirementsMonitor progress, programme, cost and qualityReview drawings, specifications and technical submissionsLead client, site and coordination meetingsManage RFIs, variations and design changesCoordinate testing, commissioning and handoverMaintain accurate project reporting and recordsEnsure compliance with health and safety requirementsSkills and ExperienceElectrical project management experienceStrong knowledge of electrical building servicesAbility to manage programmes, teams xwzovoh and subcontractorsCommercial awareness and change-management experienceStrong client-facing and leadership skillsGood organisation and reporting abilityBenefitsPermanent position with an established M&E contractorResponsibility for projects from pre-construction to handoverStrong regional project pipelineSupport from experienced commercial and design teamsLong-term progression opportunity
