Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
We are currently working with an award-winning dealership group with multiple sites and service centres across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and successful workshop team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the motor trade who is keen to develop their skills within a modern, well-equipped environment. The successful candidate will benefit from manufacturer and in-house training, along with clear progression opportunities supported by state-of-the-art training facilities.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will carry out a wide range of servicing, maintenance, and diagnostic work, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
Produce accurate vehicle health reports using electronic systems in line with manufacturer guidelines
Communicate technical findings clearly to customers using video and face-to-face methods
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive or Engineering
Previous experience within a vehicle workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
An MOT licence would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate. xwzovoh
