Class 2 Drivers Temp-Perm

Staff Solutions UK Ltd is recruiting for professional Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client based in Hoddesdon, Herts.This work is offered on a temp - perm basis, meaning that you will work through us for the first 12 weeks and then become permanent.Please note that manual handling is required for this work so you will need to be physically fit.You will be delivering food to well-known restaurant chains; you can expect approximately 4 8 drops per shift.Before starting this work, you will be required to complete a telephone interview, followed by a driving assessment, and then an induction if you successfully pass the assessment.Start times will be between 02.00 06.00 and shifts will be approximately 10 hours. You will work 4 days out of 7, this will be on one of two shifts as follows:Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday OR Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday. You will always be off on a Sunday.A valid licence with no more than 6 pointsA digital Tacho.CPC/Driver Qualification CardRecent UK Class 2 driving experienceBe available to start at the required start timesGood knowledge of London and the Home Counties.Be physically fit as loading & unloading is required.A can doWe are very happy to consider newly qualified drivers.The rate of pay is £20.50 per hour, paid weekly.Once you become permanent you can expect an annual salary of £49,200.This is more than just a driving job; As an HGV Driver you are the face of the organisation.Please apply today if you are serious about working and are available immediately.
