Health & Safety Coordinator Salary: £38,000–£40,000 Location: UK – Office Based Hours: Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to join an established engineering and Facilities Management business. This is an office-based Health & Safety role, focused on coordinating compliance, RAMS, training, subcontractor documentation and supporting engineers across a UK-wide operation. This role would suit someone with a Health & Safety administration or coordination background who understands engineering, construction, FM or building services environments. The Role * Prepare and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements). * Coordinate Health & Safety documentation and compliance. * Ensure RAMS and relevant paperwork are issued to the correct teams. * Coordinate subcontractor compliance and site access requirements. * Arrange engineer training, refresher courses and certification. * Keep training records and certificates up to date. * Coordinate associated travel and accommodation for training. * Chase outstanding documentation and compliance requirements. * Support the Health & Safety Manager with day-to-day administration. About You * Previous experience in a Health & Safety Coordinator, Health & Safety Administrator or Compliance Coordinator role. * Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Construction or Distribution. * Good understanding of RAMS and Health & Safety compliance. * Strong organisational and administrative skills. * Confident communicating with engineers and subcontractors. * Good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks. * Comfortable working in a busy office-based environment.
