You will play a key role in creating a positive, engaging and highly supportive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Pupils at the school have a range of additional needs including autism, communication and interaction difficulties, sensory needs and complex learning needs. We are looking for someone who can adapt learning to meet individual needs while fostering confidence, independence and achievement.
