THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time Bar Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will take the lead in the day-to-day energy and flow of the bar, creating a vibrant atmosphere where guests enjoy exceptional service at every touchpoint. Working closely with management and your team, you will play a key role in elevating the experience and bringing the brand to life on the floor.
As a core part of the operation, you will deliver fast, high-quality drinks while ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. You will support your team, drive performance, and contribute to sales through confident, engaging, and service-driven interactions.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced, luxury venue, with at least 5 years in the food, beverage, or entertainment industry
Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of mixology, wines, and spirits
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team through effective training and confident leadership
Impeccable personal presentation and a natural commitment to high standards
A proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to take ownership and handle challenges with confidence
