Dual Nursery Manager – Busy Bees Walthamstow

 

Lead One of Our Largest Nurseries Excellent Benefits Career Progression. Busy Bees is looking for an experienced and motivated Dual Nursery Manager to co‑lead our thriving Walthamstow nursery.

About the Role, As a Dual Nursery Manager, you will:

• Co‑lead and inspire a large, busy nursery team
• Ensure high‑quality childcare and strong EYFS delivery
• Maintain compliance, safety, and safeguarding standards
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
• Support staff development and promote a positive, high‑performing culture

About You, We’re looking for a confident and passionate leader who:

• Has proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Is commercially aware and committed to delivering outstanding early years education
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑occupancy environment
