Care Home Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager for an 18 bed residential service in Westcliff on Sea, Essex. Our client is a family run health care provider with currently eight services including six care homes in Essex, a supported living service and a day centre. You will need to have previous experience as a manager in a learning disability/ mental health service. As Care Home Manager you will provide leadership within the team and lead by example and acts as a champion for resident’s safety and dignity. To maintain skills and knowledge and be a champion for ensuring the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines. Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice. This role requires a minimum of an NVQ/Diploma Level 5 in Health & Social Care qualification.
