Contract: Permanent
Salary: £39,715 per annum + Shift Allowance + Overtime (OTE up to £70,000)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IMI Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a large fleet operation in Swindon. This role offers excellent earning potential, career development opportunities, and the chance to work on a diverse fleet of modern commercial vehicles in a well-equipped workshop environment.
Working Hours Full-time, 39.5 hours per week
Rotating shift pattern: Week 1: 06:00 14:30
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 12:30 21:00, Friday 10:30 19:00

1 in 3 Saturdays required (with a weekday off)
Shift allowance payable on late shifts
Saturday attendance supplement available
Key Responsibilities Carry out inspections, servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
Work on a range of commercial vehicles, trailers, and fleet equipment
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop compliance
Support the wider workshop team to ensure fleet availability
Requirements IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, or equivalent
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician on LCVs, HGVs, or mixed fleets
Full UK manual driving licence
Own tools for routine servicing and repairs
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Flexible approach to shift work and weekend working
Benefits Salary of £39,715 per annum
Shift allowance xwzovoh of £70.06 per week on applicable shifts
Saturday supplement of £52.10 per attendance
Potential earnings of up to £70,000 with overtime
