Murphy is recruiting for a SHES Advisor to support infrastructure projects in the South, based out of our London office. Our continual drive to innovate, while encouraging sustainability, ensures we remain at the forefront of the industry, and is demonstrated in our long-standing relationships with major energy providers in multiple countries.A day in the life of a SHES Advisor: • Assisting in maintenance of the Safety Management System, Environmental Management System and Quality Management Systems and to ensure continued compliance with ISO 45001, ISO14001 and ISO 9001.• Carrying out inductions• Producing monthly statistics• Champion Culture Development Programme (behaviour-based safety programme)• Carry out and document site audits and inspections.• Keeping up to date with changes in safety, health and environmental legislation and• construction industry guidance.• Ensuring personnel on site have the pre-requisite training records.• Investigating, logging, and monitoring of Incidents and Non-conformances• Completing all necessary report forms• Identifying significant safety impacts for work areas and helping set-up of appropriate controls• Ensure all safety and environmental records are kept and readily available.• Prepare and present toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.• Review subcontractor documentation.Still interested?
