As a QA Tester you will work in small teams consisting of a BA, Implementation consultant, web and windows developer and a PM.Day-to-day you will be embedded within an Agile development team to maximise the influence you can have on the products that the team delivers. Alongside that, and of equal importance, you would be a key contributor to the wider quality community at the company who collectively learn, develop new ideas and build and discover tools and techniques that can improve quality across the organisation.QA Testers MUST have:2:1 Computing Science degree from an EU UniversitySelenium WebDriverSpecFlowCypressxUnitNUnitReact Testing LibraryT-SQLTHave demonstratable experience and knowledge of a wide range of testing tools and techniques to cover things such as, Functional testing, Performance testing, Load testingHave a passion for delivering quality software and understand what it means to “Build Quality In”Want to educate other members of the Engineering team on better quality practicesKeep up to date with current trends by following the Ministry of Testing, Modern Testing Principles, blogs, conferences or any other common QA communityHave good knowledge and experience of exploratory testing and can wax lyrical about testing charters, heuristics, session-based testing, etc…You truly understand the right time and place to do test automationThis is a young and dynamic team with a range of people.
