Branch Manager - Commercial Vehicle Rental Location: Farnham Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Branch Manager - Commercial Vehicle Rental An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to join a well-established and growing commercial vehicle rental and leasing company based in Farnham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded manager with previous experience within the vehicle rental industry - ideally within the commercial vehicle sector - to take ownership of a busy branch operation. The company specialises in the rental and leasing of HGVs, LGVs, and LCVs, supplying vehicles to a wide range of commercial clients across the region. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch operation Manage and motivate a team to achieve operational and financial targets Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained Maximise vehicle utilisation and fleet availability Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Monitor branch performance, profitability, and KPI delivery Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and transport regulations Support business growth through effective branch management and sales developmentThe Ideal Candidate Previous management experience within a vehicle rental environment is essential Commercial vehicle rental experience highly desirable Strong knowledge of HGV, LGV, and LCV operations preferred Excellent leadership and people management skills Commercially aware with the ability to drive branch performance Strong organisational and communication skills Customer-focused with a proactive approach Full UK driving licence preferredHours of Work Full-time – Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 5:30pm Every other Saturday required: 7:30am to 10:00am 3:30pm to 5:30pmWhat’s On Offer Basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience Established and reputable business Supportive working environment Career progression opportunities within a growing companyApply Today If you are an experienced vehicle rental professional looking for your next management opportunity within the commercial vehicle sector, we would love to hear from you.
